It is especially designed for dairy gelato application and for gelato with low solids to improve the mouthfeel.
If you want to enrich your products with plant-based proteins, Fibersmooth is a blend of proteins and fibers of plant origin developed to retain the most neutral flavour while improving the whipping ability and stability of your products.

Suggested dosage: 0.5%-1%
Suggested applications: dairy gelato, formulations with base 50 or base 100
Temperature of usage: hot/cold (5°C - 85°C)
