Suma Multipurpose Cleaner D2.3 is a high concentration detergent for all the main tasks of cleaning hard surfaces in kitchens and food facilities, such as floors, walls, doors, ceilings, general equipment, window/window cleaning and manual dishwashing.
Properties
Suma Multipurpose Cleaner D2.3 is a high concentration multi-purpose detergent suitable for manual cleaning of all kitchen surfaces. It has an optimum mixture of cationic and non-ionic surfactants which makes it effective in removing fat and dried food. It is a product formulated to perform 4 different tasks in the kitchen:
- multipurpose cleaning
- floor cleaning
- hand dishwashing
- window/window cleaning

Safety in storage and handling

Store in original packaging. Never stored in reverse packaging. Avoid extreme temperatures.

Product compatibility
Within the recommended conditions of use Suma Multipurpose Cleaner D2.3 is indicated for use with materials normally found in kitchens.

Instructions for use

The SmartDose system can be used to control the dosage for sprayers, buckets or tanks.

Filling sprayers for general surface cleaning, and for cleaning windows:
1. fill the sprayer with 750 ml of water
2. Turn the yellow head to the bottle position, pull up the plunger and press down to dose the product. Gently shake the sprayer before use.
3. Spray the surface with the solution and wipe with a damp cloth
4. Rinse food contact surfaces with clean water and air dry

Filling buckets for cleaning floors, surfaces and equipment
1. Start by filling the bucket or vat with water
2. Turn the yellow head to the bucket position, pull up the plunger and press down to fill 8L buckets
3. Apply the solution with mop to remove the dirt
4. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry

Manual dishwashing bowl filling:
1. Start by filling up the tank with water
2. Turn the yellow head to the vat position; pull up the plunger and press down to fill 40L vats.
3. Soak the articles to be cleaned and wash with a cloth, brush or mop
4. Rinse thoroughly and leave to air dry
