• The selected assortment is received in our Distribution Centers, equipped with three temperatures facilities (frozen, cooled and ambient temperature).

• The customer can make orders through its most convenient channel (fax, phone, email, internet, etc.) without having to leave his establishment.

• The orders are received in our Help Desk, whose collaborators will give a personalized attention and will assure all the data necessary to carry a correct delivery.

• The complete order is delivered to the customer in an only delivery thanks to fleet truck that incorporates cooled and frozen chambers that guarantee the adequate temperature of the products.

• The product is delivered by our own drivers in the date and time promised.

• At any time, Progelcone sales people are available to the customer, to inform, show our catalogue and to help on how to benefit from our supply chain system.
