Three new tastes are added to the family of PreGel Zuppi
PreGel News 2007

PreGel Zuppi are an
opportunity for
confectioners and gelato
makers: they are a family of
sauces for sponge cake,
specially devised to give
sponge cake the desired
taste that best marries the
speciality being made.
By using Zuppi it is easy to
soak all sweets that require
freezing as they don't
crystallize; this product
also withstands temperatures
below freezing very well
even for long periods.
The existing tastes,
Apricot, Alkermes,
Benevento, Coffee,
Fruits-of-the-Forest and
Maraschino, as of this year
2007 (presented at Sigep in
Rimini) have been joined by
some highly promising new
tastes: Rum Zuppi, Chocolate
Zuppi, Orange Zuppi.
These new Zuppi are in
actual fact classic tastes
that give sponge cake and
other cakes softness and
flavour, creating pleasant
contrasts with the main
flavour of the dessert.
